Pete has over 20 years of construction and maintenance experience. He is involved from
pre-construction thru close-out and ensures that all contractual commitments are met on all projects. In addition, he leads the effort to improve efficiencies in the daily operations at PIVOTAL.
He also is responsible for coordinating the development of the project approach, schedule,
budget and quality assurance plans. Pete’s experience includes managing subcontractors,
field personnel and internal team members for a variety of construction projects,
including new construction and renovations.
He serves the project teams to ensure success for the owner, architect, subcontractors
and vendors, with a focus that all facets of the project team, work together to achieve
the end goal of a safe and successful project.
Sean has nearly two decades of management experience in the construction
and commercial maintenance industry.
His areas of expertise include quality control management, safety and compliance management, project planning, scheduling and training. He is responsible for overseeing the management of customer accounts as well as staffing, scheduling and quality control.
Sean has built a solid reputation for understanding the needs of our customers, then delivering projects that have the details and amenities they want. His experience includes the construction of commercial, hospitality, mixed-use and retail projects..
Brandon has 20 years of experience in construction project estimation and has a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Louisiana State University.
His expertise lies in analyzing project needs and requirements and preparing highly detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects. From determining project scope and consulting with clients and suppliers to evaluating proposals and overseeing tendering process, Brandon has proven success in driving all phases of project estimating.
