Service Project Manager
Pivotal, LLC – Baton Rouge, LA

Pivotal, LLC is currently seeking a Service Project Manager to join their team. Candidate must be self-motivated, experienced and a team player. Join a team of expert workers and dependable project managers that take pride in their ability to deliver quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to interpret blueprints, permits, and stay up to date on current safety protocols.

  • Develop the project schedule by identifying critical path steps to meet deadlines and then oversee the coordination and updating of the schedule throughout the duration of the project in conjunction with the Superintendent of jobsite.

  • Facilitate on and offsite subcontractor meetings as required and maintain working relationships with vendors.

  • Oversee all jobsite reporting requirements: including daily reports, weekly/monthly updates and manage billing costs of jobsite.

  • Coordinate with supervision in the field to identify and report all project details, including progress, risks, conflicts, and opportunities in a timely manner to minimize schedule impacts.


Qualifications:

 

  •  A minimum of 5 years experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of commercial construction from infrastructure to completion

  • Must have valid drivers license and dependable transportation.

  • Strong communication and problem solving skills

  • Strong sense of urgency in order to meet deadlines

  • Microsoft Suite Experience and computer software (excel, word, project scheduling, etc.)

  • Fieldwire knowledge is a plus!
